Terms of Service
Effective August 20, 2026
These terms cover your use of VowFly. They are meant to be readable, and they are short because VowFly is a free tool for planning a wedding, not a complicated commercial arrangement.
Agreement
VowFly is operated by Destify, Inc., referred to in these terms as “we” or “us.” By creating an account or using VowFly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
Your account
You need an account to build a wedding site. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, and the information you give us should be accurate.
You may invite a partner or a helper to your account. Anyone you invite can see and change your wedding content and your guest list, so invite people you trust.
What VowFly costs
VowFly is currently free for couples to use. If we ever introduce paid features, we will say so clearly before you are asked to pay for anything, and we will not start charging for something you are already using without telling you first.
Your content
Your photos, wording, wedding details, and guest list remain yours. We do not claim ownership of them.
To run the service, you give us permission to store, process, and display your content, for example showing your photos on your wedding site, or emailing an RSVP confirmation. That permission exists only to operate VowFly and ends when you delete the content, or when we erase your account at your request. We may also show anonymized, aggregated statistics about product usage, which never identify you or your guests.
You should only upload content you have the right to use. That includes photographs. If a photographer took them, make sure you are allowed to publish them.
Your guest list
When you add guests, you are giving us other people's personal information. You confirm that you have a reasonable basis to do so, and you agree to use VowFly's messaging features only to communicate about your wedding. VowFly is not a tool for marketing, bulk mail, or contacting people who have not been invited to your event. How we handle guest information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Please do not use VowFly to publish unlawful, hateful, or infringing material; to impersonate someone else; to send spam; to attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or to other people's sites; or to scrape or resell the platform. We may remove content or suspend an account that does these things.
Public wedding sites
A wedding site is reachable by anyone who has its link. That is the point, since you share the link with your guests. You can add a password to yours in Settings, which asks a visitor to unlock the site once before they can read it. Without one, anybody who has the link can read the site, and a link can be forwarded, so treat what you publish there as something a stranger could read. Do not put information on it that would be harmful if seen by someone outside your guest list.
Availability
We work to keep VowFly running, but we cannot promise it will be available without interruption. We may change, add, or remove features as the product develops. If we ever discontinue the service entirely, we will give account holders reasonable notice and an opportunity to export their content.
Keep your own copy of anything you could not stand to lose. Your wedding date does not move because a website had a bad day, and a backup of your guest list is cheap insurance.
Service provided as is
VowFly is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that it will meet every need, or that content will always be preserved. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VowFly. Because VowFly is provided to couples free of charge, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for VowFly, which for most couples is nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can close your account yourself from Settings, which deactivates it and signs you out. To have your account and its content erased from our systems, ask us at any time through our support page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and where the circumstances allow it we will tell you why first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will notify account holders by email. Continuing to use VowFly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
