Wedding RSVPs

Wedding RSVPs that keep the count for you.

Guests reply on your invitation or your website, for every event, from any phone. Every answer lands in one guest list, even when the invitation they are holding is on paper.

How it works

Ask once. Know exactly who is coming.

  1. Set up your RSVP

Add your events, like a welcome dinner, the ceremony and a Sunday brunch. Choose a reply-by date, write a short note to guests, and decide who can reply: anyone with the link, or only guests on your list.

  2. Guests reply online, wherever they found you

Sending a digital invitation? The RSVP is right inside it. Mailing paper invitations? Print your link on the card and guests reply online. Either way, they answer from their phone in a minute, with no app and no account.

  3. Every reply lands in your guest list

Answers appear the moment they are sent, sorted by event, along with the contact details guests share. Search, filter by who has not replied yet, and export everything to a spreadsheet for your caterer or venue.

Everything you need to get to a final headcount.

  • RSVP for every event

Guests accept or decline each event separately, so every count is exact.

  • Reply-by date

Guests see your date, and the RSVP closes when it passes.

  • Contact details

Guests add their email and phone when you do not have them yet, so your list stays complete.

  • Guest list only

Let anyone with the link reply, or only the guests you added.

  • Adults and children

Set how many each guest can bring, and see the full headcount at a glance.

  • Notes from guests

Guests can leave you a few words with their reply.

  • Change of plans

Guests can come back and update their answer, and your list updates with them.

  • RSVP alerts

Get an email for each reply, rolled into a morning digest on busy days.

  • Export anytime

Download your guest list and every answer as a spreadsheet.

Questions couples ask

Can guests RSVP online if I mail paper invitations?

Yes. Print your website or invitation link on your invitation or an RSVP card, and guests reply online from their phone. Every answer goes to your Vowfly guest list, just like a reply from a digital invitation.

Is online RSVP free?

Yes. Collecting RSVPs is free, for every event, with no limit on guests.

Can guests RSVP to separate wedding events?

Yes. Add your events, like a welcome dinner, the ceremony and a farewell brunch, and guests answer each one. Your guest list shows who is coming to what.

What happens after my reply-by date?

Guests see your reply-by date above the RSVP, and the form closes once it passes. You can move the date anytime if you want to give guests a little longer.

Can someone who is not on my guest list RSVP?

By default anyone with the link can reply, which suits a link shared in a group chat, and they are added to your guest list as they answer. Switch to guest list only, and only people you added can RSVP.

What can a guest change after they reply?

Guests can come back to your invitation or website and update their answer before your reply-by date. Your guest list always shows their latest reply.

Do guests need an app or an account?

No. Guests RSVP in their phone's browser in a few taps.
